Fee Refund Policy

The fee refund policy of the college is as per the UGC guidelines and university norms. Students seeking withdrawal of admission may claim refund as follows:

Refund Process

  • Submit a written application for withdrawal/cancellation to the Principal
  • Attach all original fee receipts with the application
  • Refund will be processed within 15 working days
  • Refund will be made via NEFT/RTGS to the student's bank account

Important Note

No refund shall be applicable for students who have been expelled or whose admission has been cancelled on disciplinary grounds.
