- Install smart classrooms with projectors and interactive boards
- Strengthen placement cell and industry linkages
- Enhance sports infrastructure including outdoor courts
Long-Term Goals (2026–2029)
- Apply for NAAC accreditation for institutional quality certification
- Introduce new vocational and skill-based programmes
- Establish a dedicated Research & Innovation Centre
- Build a new hostel block for outstation students
- Develop an e-learning platform for digital education delivery
Infrastructure Development
- Construction of new academic block with modern classrooms
- Renovation and expansion of existing laboratory facilities
- Development of green campus with solar energy systems
- Accessible ramps and facilities for differently-abled students
